We are all in different life stages....at the peak of our careers, retired, or preparing for a new phase somewhere along the journey.   Even if you’re not in the thick of transition, there may be some area of your life where you’re wondering “what’s next?”  or how do I grow into my fullest potential? 

Let’s explore how we each “lead into the future”, whether that’s known or unknown.
This session will orient people to the 3 zones/stages of transition that they can apply to their own lives and also use in their work with coaching clients, teams or organizations that they work with.

• IF you are ending a significant chapter of your professional or personal life, what is the loss that you are leaving behind?
• IF you are in the neutral, in-between zone, what can you learn from being on this edge of not-knowing?
• IF you are beginning a new chapter, who is the person who’s trying to emerge?

Abby Yanow is a master facilitator, executive coach and team coach. She loves helping leaders grow into their full potential and helping teams improve their effectiveness. 

Abby’s coaching niche is helping leaders navigate difficult organizational dynamics.  She has rich experience improving the effectiveness of individuals, leaders and teams.

Abby holds a master’s degree in Education and Intercultural Communication, and certifications in Coaching, Team Effectiveness and Organizational Development.  In her free time, Abby loves Balkan dancing and kayaking!
