The Change SIG is dedicated to exploring large- and small-scale change at the organizational, professional, and personal levels.
The meetings are interactive and topics vary from discussions based on latest change technologies and books to success stories in OD interventions to 'dry runs' of big presentations on a personal or professional change topic for feedback from a group of people that want you to be your best. See the box below for upcoming meetings.
Contact SIG co-leaders, Mary Charles Blakebrough or Vickie Bevenour about being a speaker.
The SIG meets on the 4th Fridays of the month from 8:30-10:30 AM near the Streets at Southpoint mall. NOTE: It is the longest running SIG in TODN, having started in 1996.
Ongoing discussions can take place in the forum for Change SIG members.

The Leadership SIG, launched in June 2015 is a community committed to exploring best practices, processes and new models of leadership required in an ever changing volatile world. The very definition of leadership and skills needed to be successful are evolving. Old models and training processes are quickly becoming obsolete at a time when the need for effective leadership development solutions is urgent.
Our meetings will be interactive and topics will vary from discussions based on latest change trends and books to success stories in developing leaders. The SIG will also encourage 'dry runs' of big presentations on a personal or professional leadership topic for feedback from a group of people that want you to be your best.
The Leadership SIG facilitators are Bob Stapleton and Lynn Duffy and you are encouraged to contact either of us if you would like to join or lead a conversation.
The Leadership SIG meets once a month and invites will be sent in advance with time, date and locations.
