Keynote Speaker - Keeping Culture in Mind Doug Edgeton, the President and CEO on NCBiotech, will engage in a facilitated discussion with Joseph Henderson on the way NC Biotech has been able to be hold its place as a renown scientific organization and continue to elevate its people and their well-being. Together Doug and Joe will address culture in the midst of changes, challenges, and conventional wisdom. |

Bears & Big Rivers Lewis and Clark's historic expedition will be the backdrop for an inventive, entertaining, and challenging group activity to grapple with and resolve common problems at work. Participants will interact in small groups to navigate the "Bears & Big Rivers" that OD professionals encounter in their day-to-day work with organizations. |

Panel Discussion: An Eye to the Future of OD An expert panel, representing a variety of workplace environments and backgrounds, will lead a discussion of cutting edge issues and challenges in OD, particularly AI, data analytics, the future of work. Panelists will provide their takes on emmergent issues in OD and then open the session to participant questions and input. |
