Trends in Leadership Development – What’s Working, What’s Not

June 10, 6pm, at Red Hat in downtown Raleigh

Light refreshments will be served.

Come join Bob Stapleton for an engaging conversation on what current leadership development practices are working best and those that we might want to leave behind.  He will share the latest research on what talent development thought leaders are saying as well as business leaders’ opinions based on interviews he recently conducted.    Bob wants to hear from you as well about your best practices and development dilemmas as we learn and share as an OD community.

As a part of the discussion, we will explore:

  • Whether we are using outdated methods and tools to prepare tomorrow’s leaders?
  • New models of leadership that help guide us to new content and delivery methods for talent development programs?
  • Look at a case study scenario and, in groups, brainstorm potential developmental interventions.

Bob believes that developing leaders is the most important role that OD and human resource professionals play.   He invites you to partner with him in an interactive discussion designed to provide new insights and practical ideas for your coaching or leadership development practice.
