Maintaining Executive Presence in a Virtual World

For professionals who routinely manage projects or processes, communicating virtually is proving pretty effective. But if your job is more nuanced — if you need to motivate, inspire and influence people — things are now a little trickier. If your ability to drive organizational performance is tied to leadership attributes like building trust, demonstrating credibility or influencing others, then your ability to “command the room” or convey your executive presence through your digital device may require extra care.

This virtual program will give you the tools, practice and confidence you need to make every virtual interaction, conversation, or presentation both engaging and effective.

Program Outcomes:

- Increased self-awareness of your executive presence online

- Actionable tips for effective body language and vocal elements

- Best practices for creating audience engagement
