Five Ancient Ideas to Apply in These Crazy Times 8:30-10:30 (Bring your own coffee/tea & snacks)

Believing life is richer when we communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with one another and with the world around us, Greg Whitt will facilitate a session designed to creatively connect people in ways that are joyful, engaging, and good for us. The program is actually hands-on philosophy about how we can live, work, and play well together in community, cleverly disguised as music, and delivered as interactive and engaging fun.

Greg's session is based on his graduate work at the Maryland University of Integrative Health.  Focusing on embodied learning, the session will be participatory, not passive.  Come prepared to join in with enthusiasm and creative contributions. Greg's YouTube clip: https://youtu.be/xII4Rfm4eKY
