TITLE: Re-Imagining Succession Planning

During this interactive program, we will deconstruct and unpack current practices in succession planning and key talent management. Christie and Lynn will facilitate a rich discussion and share research and practices to critically examine current leadership and talent practices.  We will consider ways to ensure these approaches are truly worth the effort and result in placing the best talent in key roles.  We will consider how organizations view key talent and possible approaches to challenge bias and traditional mindsets when implementing leadership development initiatives.
