Do you have abundant energy and focus to be your best every day? Or do you get depleted by the stress of daily life?  What if you could anticipate stressful situations and intentionally manage them with strength and resilience?

The current chaotic and complex conditions can act as energy hogs, unconsciously draining your energy and leaving you vulnerable to the ill effects of cumulative stress. The costs of stress, related health conditions and lost productivity exceeds $60 billion annually in the US. Left unchecked, stress can control us and damage our health and performance.  But it doesn't have to.  Taking charge of your stress and building resilience is easier than you think.

We all know that too much stress is harmful, but do we really understand how to manage it effectively? The objectives of this workshop are to help you:

  • Change our body’s physiological response to stressful situations and develop a positive stress mindset;
  • Enable you to recognize disruptive emotions and quickly get back on track;
  • Anticipate potential stressful moments so you can intentionally sustain your energy level.
  • Recharge your battery after stressful situations.

You will learn simple techniques to help you take charge of your emotions and build stress resilience.  You will also gain an understanding of the concept of coherence and how it relates to resilience and performance.

Don’t let stress rob you of your energy. Take control so you have the energy you need to be your best.
