Tuesday, Oct 11, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
The Frontier, Durham, NC
Lunch will be provided
Networking from 11:30-noon
With the ever increasing complexity of the organizational environment, it is helpful to take a systems or process view of OD.
First, we look at a well-established 5 step OD process.
Then, we will share tips, techniques and tools you can use in each step of the process.
At the end of the program you will have a clear definition of an effective process and some best practices to use in your career as an OD Practitioner.
A 5 step OD process:
1) Entry – initial analysis of the issue/problem
2) Data Gathering
3) Data Diagnosis and Feedback
4) Proposed Interventions/Changes (individual,
team, and/or organizational)
5) Evaluation of OD interventions
