Magazine, “Three out of four people interviewed, reported that their boss is the worst and most stressful part of their job” “Bad bosses cost the economy over $360 billion in lost productivity every year” (Inc. Magazine) They bring down productivity, engagement and morale of the workforce and negatively impact the bottom line of the organization.
