Gene George
For the last 28 years Gene has worked in a variety
of industries including expedited freight, medical imaging, financial, manufacturing, steel, consulting and now pharmaceuticals. Through leading both Human Resources and Organization Development strategies, he has collaborated with business leaders by utilizing analytics to build the compelling data-driven business case for large-scale change and through designing, implementing and assessing programs for talent management, and succession planning.
Kate Spain
For the last 8 years, Kate has held Organizational
Development roles in city government, retail, hospitality and now pharmaceuticals. In these roles, she has managed enterprise-wide engagement survey programs, performance management processes, talent review processes, assessment programs and organization analysis and design interventions. Kate earned a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University in 2007.
