Bio
Jami Yazdani is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who has managed complex projects and planning initiatives, facilitated meetings, and guided (sometimes reluctant) groups of diverse colleagues and stakeholders toward consensus and positive outcomes. After more than 14 years in leadership and supervisory roles in higher education and libraries, she turned her passion for leadership development and her experience managing teams, projects, and change into Yazdani Consulting and Facilitation, where she helps mission-driven organizations lead more impactful projects, teams, and planning. Jami has actively served on the boards of several nonprofits and professional associations, working in leadership (Chair and Vice Chair), marketing, programming, and mentoring functions. She holds an MLIS from Louisiana State University and a Masters in Technology Management from University of Maryland University College.
