Kyle Lundby is owner of Global Aspect Human Capital Advisors, a provider of employee engagement surveys and support for organizational change. He holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and has over 20 years of experience in the field. Prior to starting Global Aspect, Dr. Lundby served as a consultant at various HR consultancies (Kenexa, Valtera Corp, CEB, Aon). For several years, he managed Microsoft's global employee engagement survey and daily pulse surveys. He has served as chairman as well as several board positions for the Mayflower Group, a consortium of fortune 100 and global corporations. Global Aspect's clients include for-profit organizations (7-Eleven, Mondelez International, Medica, etc.) and non-profits, specifically, zoos, aquariums and museums.
