Most coaches and consultants are very good—even outstanding— at delivering services, but often their business suffers because they don’t stand out from the crowd.

While it is counter-intuitive, going small can often help your business go big. Whether it’s choosing the type of clients you want to work with, narrowing your target market, or narrowing the scope of your work, being more specific can actually increase your business opportunities.

Using Ben’s business and its unique marketing challenges as a case study, Ben and Don will provide an interactive, impactful session to demonstrate how you can attract more (and higher paying) clients.

Don Downs is the creator and founder of RV Business Coach. His passion is helping entrepreneurs get more clients so they make a living doing what they love.  Prior to starting his own business, Don worked for various technology companies as a systems engineer, designer and development manager.  He went back to school part-time to earn an MBA where he developed an interest in marketing. He then sought out positions where he could use both his technical skills and marketing knowledge to set the direction of his company’s products.  This experience has left him uniquely qualified to help corporate professionals do what he did: transition out of a job and into their own business.
