Working with a team from a coaching perspective can be transformative. Beth will share her coaching approach to team development and some of the positive impacts coaching can have on a team's creativity, productivity and goal achievement.

Participants will learn:
- The distinctions between team coaching and facilitation,    team building and coaching a group
- How relationship systems coaching can transform a           team
- Three techniques used in team coaching
- Most common pitfalls and how to avoid them

Beth has over 35 years of rich and diverse leadership experience, including an early career in the military, packaged goods brand management, and strategic and organizational effectiveness consulting. Since 2001, she has been coaching leaders and teams toward reaching their full potential and realizing their visions. Her clients include Easter Seals UCP NC & VA, Novo Nordisk US, RTI International and GKN Driveline, among many others. Beth holds the PCC, CPCC and Tilt 365 Coach certifications and has completed the Center for Right Relationship's intensive Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching program.
