What Does It Take to Get Great Ideas at Work AND Employee Engagement?

Peggy Glass will describe the basic elements of the Great Ideas At Work program, an innovative, culture-changing employee idea program that generated well over $100 million in bottom line first year cost savings in just 5 years at a publicly traded corporation with over 8000 employees.  She will address why those features were so successful in opening up communications both cross-functionally and vertically and in actively engaging employees in generating significant cost savings.  She will lead a discussion on applying the elements in a variety of work settings.

Margaret S. (Peggy) Glass, JD, MBA, CFP®, is the founder of TurningPoints LLC, advising individuals and organizations through challenging transitions.  She is an NCDRC certified mediator and a trained team facilitator.

Peggy Glass has broad-based executive management, leadership, legal, financial, HR, mediation and facilitation experience in corporate, entrepreneurial, nonprofit service and client advisory settings, always with a passion for catalyzing positive change.
