Miro for Virtual Facilitation: Hands-on Skills
Join us for an interactive introduction to Miro—the digital whiteboard tool that transforms virtual facilitation. We'll demo the basics, practice live on a shared board, and explore real-world facilitation scenarios. Whether you're running brainstorms, retrospectives, or collaborative problem-solving, you'll leave with practical skills to bring Miro into your work.
No Miro experience needed—just curiosity, willingness to experiment, and openness to trying new tools!
Discussion Facilitator
Cherisa is a huge fan of Miro and has created Miro boards for a wide variety of virtual facilitation purposes. She's excited to build a sandbox for us to play in and show off all the cool things you can do in Miro!
Conversation, not presentations. These sessions are centered on dialogue and shared inquiry rather than slides, panels, or prepared talks
Inclusive and accessible. Open to members and nonmembers alike; no specific role, title, or OD background required.
Curiosity over certainty. Participants are encouraged to ask thoughtful questions, explore multiple perspectives, and sit with complexity.
Lived experience welcomed. Insights come from the room—your stories, reflections, and real-world practice are the curriculum.
A non-promotional space. We prioritize inquiry and shared sense-making over agenda-driven promotion.
