The TODN Board has been cooking up something hot for Summer 2026 — a community book club built around Brené Brown’s Strong Ground.

Brown’s work offers refreshing alternatives to traditional leadership practices, grounded in courage, heart, and humanity. In other words, a perfect match for the work OD professionals do every day.

Each week a TODN Board member will post questions, reflections, and conversation starters on the TODN LinkedIn page. Whether you’re reading along now or revisiting the book from the past, you’re invited to join the conversation and share what resonates.

The Grand Finale

We’ll wrap up the summer reading with a live (on Zoom) Change SIG event on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 8:30–10:00 AM. Speakers are being finalized — stay tuned for updates.
