Leadership Mosaics is a human-centered leadership system built on 25 years of validated research. Unlike personality-based tools, it focuses on real leadership behavior—how leaders are experienced across relationships, cultures, and contexts—and turns insight into measurable improvement.

Dr. Michael O’Malley is the Founder and Chief Science Officer of Leadership Mosaics and a long-time leader in organizational development and human capital strategy. With more than 30 years of experience advising boards and senior executives, he has held leadership roles at global consulting firms, including President of Human Capital at Promontory Financial Group (now IBM).
He is the author of seven books on leadership and organizational effectiveness, including Profitably Healthy Companies (2022), co-authored with renowned OD scholar W. Warner Burke. Dr. O’Malley holds a PhD from Vanderbilt University, teaches at the Yale School of Medicine, and is widely recognized for translating leadership science into tools leaders can actually use.
