Part II!:  A Deeper Dive

TODN Community Conversations:

Models that Impact and Influence Our Work as OD Practitioners

with

Jayne Fleener, Ph.D.

Facilitated by Susan L. Westbrook, PhD, PCC

May 15, 2025

12:00 - 1:00 pm

On Zoom

(It's at lunch time...bring your lunch and enjoy being involved in the conversation.)

In our April event, Jayne Fleener offered us so many great ideas to ponder that we are continuing our conversation in the May Community Converations event!

What can you expect?

We will discuss the models that Jayne Fleener offered us in the April Community Conversations event. The Conversation was so full and rich, we decided we wanted to extend the Conversation into our May event.

In the April Conversation, Jayne differentiated between Organizational Theory and Organizational Development.  She then described 5 Models of Organizational Theory that OD practitioners can benefit from applying to their work.

You will receive a copy of Jayne's PowerPoint in your registration confirmation email.  So whether you were with us in the April Conversation or not...you can look over the information, form your questions and opinions, and join us for this important Community Conversations event.

We look forward to seeing you at our May TODN Community Conversations event. Let me, Susan Westbrook, know if you have any questions.

Cheers,

Susan
