Transform Your Practice Through Interactive Learning

A Collaborative Experience

We're reimagining professional development through dynamic engagement, not passive learning:

  • Interactive dialogue that challenges and expands your thinking
  • Participant-driven exploration shaped by your questions and interests
  • Real-world insights directly from leading practitioners

Where Theory Meets Practice

This experience weaves together:

  • Proven models that drive effective organizational change
  • Your professional experiences as the foundation for deeper understanding

More than Conversation

This isn't just another online discussion—it's a structured opportunity to:

  • Benchmark your approaches against established frameworks
  • Expand your professional toolkit
  • Connect with peers facing similar challenges

Aligned with the Global OD Competency Framework - OD Network.

What can you expect?

In this special edition of Community Conversations, Jayne Fleener will give us a BONUS 30 minutes of teaching and learning on the OD models she chooses for us.  After that, we will all engage in a conversation about the future of OD and the role we, as OD practitioners, play in it.

 Topics for discussion will include:

  • Kurt Lewin’s Field Theory
  • Warner Burke’s Change Theory
  • Institutional Logics
  • Learning Organizations
  • Three Horizons and Futures Literacy Labs

Want to do some homework before the conversation?

In your Community Conversations registration information you will receive links to some of the models we will learn about and discuss.

Join us in transforming how we learn, practice, and grow together.

We look forward to seeing you at our April TODN Community Conversations event. Let me, Susan Westbrook, know if you have any questions.

Cheers,

Susan
