 -- A CASE STUDY --

Building a Coaching Culture:
Supporting Organizations in Transition

(8:30-10:30 am - bring your own coffee/tea and snacks)

What is a coaching culture…and how can you build one?

As organizations attempt to become increasingly agile in response to change, more out of the box thinking on how to support leaders and teammates in a fluctuating environment will be required.

Coaching can be a significant contributor to supporting change in an organization.  Building a coaching culture is a proven means to creating and sustaining change personally and professionally.  In that process, leaders become certified professional coaches who then serve as internal Leadership Coaches in the organization.

In this presentation, Tracy Jenkins and Kimberly Eastman Zirkle will share a case study about the way implementation of a coaching culture at UNC Health has been used to navigate its workforce’s responses to organizational change.  They will explore the phases involved in building a coaching culture to help leaders and teammates move through change personally and professionally as goals shift in the organization.

When you join us for this presentation, you will learn more about…

  • What it means to build a coaching culture in organizations,

  • The steps in creating a coaching culture in your organization,

  • How you and your organization can benefit from establishing a coaching culture.
