Navigating Big Changes? Go With What You Know:
Uncover & Engage Your Natural Strengths

(8:30-10:30am - bring your own coffee/tea and snacks).

Coming out of the pandemic, the world shifted, did you?

For many of us, how we work and where we work today is different than in the past…and it’s constantly changing.  We have new tools, new technology, and often new expectations, but leaders and employees have not been equipped with tools to effectively navigate the new world of work.  As a result, who we think we are at work and how we think about the work we do may be causing job confusion and fatigue and a decline in professional confidence.

Where do you turn in the midst of all this change?  You build on your history of success and your strengths!

In this interactive session, you will explore and claim your natural strengths…the strengths that have been surfacing in times of change and challenge across your lifetime.  By focusing on these time-proven strengths, you can achieve an enhanced quality of life, higher engagement in your world, and greater productivity and performance at work.  Which means, you can “drive your own car” and better navigate all those changes and transitions, at work and in your life.

The uncovering of “natural strengths” and the simple framework of “Pause-Plan-Play” shared in this session can be used with individuals and teams.   Participants will take away these outcomes:

·       Identify changes in your work and/or personal environment.

·       Uncover your natural strengths – those things you do with energy, ease, and excellence.

·       Consider what you bring to and need from your role to be fully engaged.

·       Intentionally apply your strengths to today’s work environment and life pursuits.

Shift with us!
