Some companies are scrapping traditional performance review practices. Many others are switching to less formal, more frequent conversation between boss and direct report.
In this SIG, we will tap the wisdom of the group to assess this trend and discuss potential ways to get the benefits of a performance conversation without the pain. If you have had a horrible experience with a performance review, you need to come. If you have a methodology that works, we need you to come too.
