This topic was inspired by a recently published book by Gallup Printing entitled, BLIND SPOT - The global rise of unhappiness and how leaders missed it. You need not read the book to know the profound discontent and unhappiness in the workplace.
This will be an interactive session where we will utilize our OD perspective to understand two big questions:
1. How did things get so bad?
2. Why leaders don't get it?
