OD continues to define itself as a field, growing and thriving because of the gaps it fills and the opportunities it can provide for organizations and the workforce.

Together, we will explore who we want to be as OD practitioners. We'll consider the professional environments, career pathways, leadership approaches, and capability areas (informed by the new Global OD Competency Framework) that shape our work.

Join us for engaging speakers, a panel discussion, and opportunities for reflection and networking! Early bird registration ends August 5th.
