Jes Averhart, CEO of Jes & Co and Creator of Reinvention Road Trip
Over the last two decades, Jes Averhart has worked with a portfolio of Fortune 500 companies, public sector organizations and high-performing individuals interested in increased personal growth and greater professional impact. With over 20 years of cross-industry corporate engagement, Jes has worked with Research Triangle Park companies, Google for Startups, Fidelity Labs, Wells Fargo, Coastal Credit Union, Lincoln Financial and the American Underground to name a few.
In 2015, Jes co-founded Black Wall Street Homecoming, a nonprofit aimed at closing the funding gap for Black and Brown tech founders. Earlier in her career, she provided production management services for the likes of the Cincinnati Bengals & Cleveland Browns (NFL), Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA), the Procter & Gamble Company and Pepsi Cola North America.
Jes is a 4th generation entrepreneur, creator of the Reinvention Road Trip, and award winning author. She advises high-performing individuals and corporate teams as a leadership development and confidence coach.

Kara Kirby, CEO and Founder, Insights Leadership Group
For the past 15 years, Kara Kirby has concentrated on how humans interact in business, leadership development, and teams. She worked inside thriving organizations leading teams and developing programs that propelled cultures to award-winning levels. She now works with organizations worldwide to do the same and hosts a podcast about work and leadership. She is a Texas native that resides in North Carolina with her husband and two rambunctious little boys. She loves reading, comedy, hiking, and any adventure.

Nikki Price, Assistant Dean for Culture, Talent and Human Resources in the College of Sciences at NC State University
Chiniqua “Nikki” Price is a human resources executive in higher education with over 20 years of strategic and operational experience. Nikki is a creative problem-solver and a collaborative leader who takes a people-centric approach to her work. She inspires excellence and fosters an environment that embraces, promotes and celebrates diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University. She also holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach, and an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator.

Kelly is a seasoned HR and OD leader with over 25 years experience working in a variety of industries from large publicly traded to smaller family owned, nonprofit and privately owned businesses.
Kelly earned a Master’s in Organization Development (MOD) from Bowling Green State University in 2015 and actively maintains the SHRM-SCP Certification. Kelly became certified as a Professional Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification in 2016, and is currently pursuing the ICF ACC Coaching Credential. Kelly works as a human resources consultant, SHRM instructor and as a leadership and life coach. Kelly loves sailing with her husband, exercising with her fitness friends and reading the latest thought leadership books.
