In our previous two meetings, we discussed Bob Johansen’s first two books in his trilogy focused on the required skills and practices of modern leadership.

In this SIG, we will wrap up this series by diving into Johansen’s most recent book - Full-Spectrum Thinking: How to Escape Boxes in a Post-Categorical Future. 

For background, Bob Johansen, has written three books on the required skills, literacies, and one mindset leaders must possess to succeed in an unpredictable and uncertain world. Johansen’s believes that modern leaders must learn new ways of leading given today’s world. What does future leadership look like? Come join us to explore Johansen’s vision.
