In our March Leadership SIG meeting, we discussed Bob Johansen’s first book in a trilogy, Leaders Make the Future, Ten New Leadership Skills for an Uncertain World. In this SIG, we will dive into Johansen’s second book, The New Leadership Literacies. These 5 literacies, differentiate from skills in that they are disciplines and practices that leaders must commit to in order to succeed.
For background, Bob Johansen, has written three books on the required skills, literacies, and one mindset leaders must possess to succeed in an unpredictable and uncertain world. This is the second of three meetings where we will explore and learn from Johansen’s work. Johansen’s believes that modern leaders must learn new ways of leading given today’s world. What does future leadership look like? Come join us to explore Johansen’s vision.
