In previous SIG meetings, we discussed how leaders must leap forward a generation to lead effectively. Leadership models that worked in the past no longer cut it. Today, we will explore a new leadership model that just might be an answer to thrive and achieve success in today’s VUCA world.
Bob Johansen, head of the Institute of the future, has written three books on the required skills, literacies (ideal talent profile), and mindset leaders must possess to succeed in a chaotic, uncertain world. This is the first of three meetings where we will dig into and seek insights from each of Johansen’s books. In this SIG, we will explore the ten required skills leaders need to successfully navigate the complexity of the world today.
