Program Overview:

Research continues to show us that teams and organizations that are able to persevere when faced with obstacles and setbacks while achieving intended outcomes (resilience), are free and confident to openly share ideas, provide constructive feedback, and learn from mistakes (psychological safety), generate and sustain a higher level of performance over time.  As we’ll discuss, managing and expanding one’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy through intentional recovery and “training stress” (discomfort) are foundational elements to building a culture of excellence.

Come ready to discuss:

  • What does resilience look like in today’s VUCA world?
  • How can you better manage your energy to show up as your “Best Self” both professionally and personally?
  • Where are you (and your team if applicable) on the Pressure -Performance curve and where in your life do you need to get outside of your comfort zone to build your resilience “muscle”?
  • How can leaders and teams create and grow psychological safety?
