Leading difficult conversation is nothing new for leaders. What is new however, is the collective fatigue and discontent that exist. As 2022 begins, bad news is rampant and we, as a society, are more divided than ever. Every institution and organization is impacted by this, and leaders are being asked to lead conversations that address the thorniest of today’s challenges.
In this SIG, we will explore best practices for leaders (this includes OD practitioners) to lead these difficult conversations. Together, we will create a roadmap shaped by principles to help people navigate the uncertainty and divisiveness of our times.
As facilitator, I will come with questions that we will collectively discuss and answer.
