Join us on November 18, 2021 to explore the Global OD Competency Framework™ (Global ODCF) established by the Organization Development Network (ODN). As described by ODN “this model defines the differentiating competencies needed for OD practitioners in our dynamic and complex business environment”.

During this session, our own TODN board members will use a variety of interactive methods to allow participants the opportunity to explore the competencies and share their insights. The goal for the session is to allow attendees to examine the model and establish how it will benefit each as an individual and for the OD field as a whole.
