Leadership SIG 9/15/2021 - Caution: Leadership Blind Spots Ahead

Blind spots can be the Achilles heel of leadership. For leaders, blind spots are unseen weaknesses or threats that hinders their success. The problem is that everyone has blind spots. In our September SIG, we will:

• Explore what blind spots are and why we have them
• Discuss our personal blind spots and how to ‘see’ them.
• Review common leadership blind spots
• What leaders can do to overcome their blind spots
