In our June SIG, we open the mic and encourage members to come and share their thorny leadership dilemmas. It can be either one they currently face or a past one that seemed to defy a solution. This is an opportunity for members to co-consult and help one another. This is one of my favorite formats as it never disappointed as the wisdom of the group shines through. This is at the heart of why we have a Leadership SIG.

I have been inspired by great leaders and horrified by bad ones and have personally been both during my 35 years in leadership. I have spent my career passionate about leadership, my own experience with it, observing others, reading books, white papers and articles ad nauseum. I became a leadership coach to continue my work helping clients figure out what it takes to be a better leader. And you know what, I am still looking and that is why I agreed to host our new SIG. Welcome.
