Zoom - Leadership SIG May 19, 2021 - The Case for Cultivating Feminine Characteristics in Modern Leadership

 This is not a conversation about male versus female leadership. It is a continuation of our focus on what modern leadership requires to navigate todays’ challenges and opportunities. We will explore feminine personality traits that both men and women can leverage and use to become better leaders. In this SIG, we will focus on:

• What are the desired feminine character traits that 21^st Century leadership requires, and why?
• What are the implications for men and women who lead?
• What are the implications for leadership development and skills training?
