In March, we took on ‘Leader as Coach.’ The context was that a leader wears several hats – manager, mentor, and trainer, to name a few. We added the coach hat to the mix saying that modern leaders must include a coaching mindset for business success.
Then one of our SIG members, Richard Kurth, asked the question, “Is it feasible for one person to wear all those hats?” If that question piques your interest, join us for a lively conversation.
