Feeding Your Brain for a Change - 2021 UPDATE (bring your own coffee/tea and snacks). 

So . . . What’s up? What’s new?  It has been a year since we last discussed feeding the brain for a change. What have we all learned, experienced, and discovered? 
The presenters will share information and updates from some of the latest books, podcasts, research, resources regarding ways to nurture the brain and body to maintain and improve health and brain function.  There will be several new twists as there are major updates in brain nutrition and integrated health care:

Mindy Schrager – Energy of Colors and Their Impact  Explore how color impacts your life and supports your well-being on many levels (energetically, visually, etc.) and in many ways (what you wear, eat, speak, and more)
Fay Krapf – Prescription for Health & Healing in Covid Times  Ways to keep our bodies in tiptop health, plus list of doctor-recommended supplements & herbs to prevent infection as well as actions to take, to turn the cold, flu, or Covid around as soon as possible (recommended by many experts)
Hope Hills, PhD. – Tools for Recovering from Covid-19  Both Dave and I got Covid-19 in November 2020 and were negative within two weeks. We are in our 70’s, with Dave having several co-existing conditions and being pretty scared at first. We have been using supplements, sauna, nebulizer, PEMF Mat, Medical Paper Tape (what?) for years. With some tweaks, we got through Covid relatively easily. These tools are supporting me now, as I have “longhauler’s” fatigue and throat problems since. I'll present science behind these tools briefly and where to research them for yourselves.
Mary Charles Blakebrough – Are Your Muscles Testing?  Learn how using my muscles energetically helped 26 people and 4 pets release stress, pain, unwanted behaviors permanently, quickly, without telling or reliving stories, as part of my The Emotion Code (by Dr. Bradley Nelson) certification journey.
