Mike and Ann will take us on a tour of the selection process and launch of an integrated learning and career platform ecosystem at Fidelity Investments. This case study presentation will break down the business and employee context at Fidelity, the need for a solution, the decision making process, how it was launched, and the results that they are seeing.

Bios:

Ann Ratcliff has spent her tenure focused on helping professionals gain visibility to their futures and a pathway to achieving them.

After a long career supporting professionals’ careers via Learning and Development initiatives. Ann joined Fuel50 in the fall of 2015, realizing that power of their digital experience and its ability to reach every employee.

Ann currently works with a portfolio of clients that include Abbott Labs, Aon, Fidelity, Indeed, Madison Square Garden, Mattel, Walmart, and many others.  Her single focus is to insure individuals, leaders and clients as a whole are achieving their agreed goals.


Mike Groesser is a Vice President of Learning at Fidelity Investments, and works in Durham, NC.

In his current role, he is the product owner leading a team that supports the learning programs for 5,000 professionals within Fidelity’s retail business. This year, Mike led Fidelity’s highly successful career growth initiative, Grow@Fidelity, which he plans to discuss and share during the event.

Mike has spent most of his career in financial services and is passionate about the connection between learning and career development.
