TITLE:  Changing Dynamics of Performance Management

For October, TODN is taking a deep look into the Changing Dynamics of Performance Management. This is one of the most dynamic and difficult challenges that HR leaders as well as line management leadership teams face today. Many professionals began their careers receiving an annual performance review, usually accompanied by a raise and/or bonus. Sometimes the reviews were well-written and delivered and other times, not.   Driven by the desire to optimize organizational performance and retain top talent, HR professionals are now looking at new ways to capture employee’s unique contributions and to have more meaningful and effective dialogues about personal development.

At this program, you will hear from human resources professionals who are in the middle of this major shift as they guide their organizations through this process. You will also hear from researchers who are keeping their pulses on these seismic shifts in workplace performance.  And you will have a chance to ask questions and share your thoughts and ideas about how performance management is being implemented within your organizations.
