At the TODN Conference in April, Tim Kelley spoke about “Cutting the Chains of Hierarchy” as a way to unleash talent in an organization.  Work models based on the principles of self-organization can have a game-changing impact on employee engagement, creativity and performance.

The Collaborative Operating System (COS), one of the models introduced by Tim, is based on the principles of ownership and alignment.  Rachel Conerly, the primary developer of COS, will share her knowledge and experience on how to make the vision of a collaborative organization a reality.

A true collaborative paradigm represents a radical departure from the typical way organizations attempt to improve employee engagement and creativity.  To realize the full potential of collaboration and self-organization, organizations must go beyond the usual tweaks and incremental improvements to business as usual.  Rachel will help you understand:

  • The magical underpinnings that make collaboration really work;
  • COS as a best practice for improving productivity, engagement and employee development;
  • How to introduce COS to a team or an organization.

Rachel has witnessed the power of collaboration that can lead users of COS to declare: “this is the best work experience of my life”.  Come learn how you can help organizations achieve this same outcome.
