Football is getting ready to kick off (sorry, I couldn’t resist) signaling summer’s end and the time for the Leadership SIG to get rolling again. What better way to jump in than to explore why many otherwise good leaders, botch leading big change. In a world going at warp speed, with volatility and uncertainty as a constant, the ability to navigate continuous change and disruption is a core leadership competency.
In this interactive session, we will uncover why this problem persist, and the steps necessary for leaders to navigate change more effectively. Come prepared with your opinions/perspectives as we collectively build a roadmap for leaders to follow.
