Join the conversation and sharpen your perspective! After exploring the National ODN's recently-launched “OD Practice Framework” which describes the competencies, skills, and behaviors necessary for superior performance as an OD Professional, we will "bring it home" to TODN's 5 Pillars:
Leadership~Change Management~Organizational Design~Strategy~Culture
TODN Board Members who represent diverse professional OD experiences in corporate and external roles will kick off the panel discussion. Several of the panelists have recently been in the job market, which provides an interesting and updated perspective. The discussion will highlight stories on impactful OD work, what’s “hot” - and what’s not. A facilitated group discussion will follow, and will consider the trends that will shape future OD work.
