Beginning in 1982 as a community organizer, Jim’s career advising diverse organizations includes Burroughs Wellcome, GlaxoSmithKline, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, ICEDR, and numerous Fortune 500 companies around the world.
Advancing field research, leading global initiatives, and pioneering a Global Executive MBA degree comes with hazards. From 2002-2010, his Rowhill Consulting Group launched a global change initiative touching over 15,000 management staff across Royal Dutch Shell companies. Recently, his firm conducted a three-year culture shift project in Kuwait stimulating innovative approaches to measure cultural shifts, leadership capabilities, and enterprise initiatives.
The above narrative holds both victories and life changing events for the practitioner, his colleagues, and the leaders partnering in massive, sometime turbulent culture shifts in emerging nations. We’ll expose the hazards of recalculating cultural direction, and raise cautionary notes to address hazards.
