  Join us for a conversation on the evolution of leadership trends over the last 70 years and the implication for leading in the 21st century. We will examine the impact of technology, globalization, and generation shifts in this new age of acceleration where uncertainty and disruption have become the norm.

Learning outcomes of program:

  • ·      Understand the evolution of leadership trends that inform future trends
  • ·      Identify the behaviors, mindsets and attributes for future leadership success in governments and organizations.

Our Speaker

Bob Stapleton, Executive Coach and HR/OD Consultant, works with people and organizations to evoke transformations and breakthrough outcomes. Bob leads our Leadership SIG and brings the collective wisdom of the group to this important topic.

Bob is President of Live Oak Leadership Coaching and Human Resource Consulting. He is also President of the Board of Directors at Dorcas Ministries in Cary, North Carolina. Bob’s 35 year career includes leadership and human resource positions in the food industry including four years as SVP of human resources at Food Lion, LLC.
