Epigenetic Coaching: Optimizing Human Performance and Potential

  • Are you familiar with the emerging fields of genomics and epigenetics or curious about what they mean?
  • Would you like to learn how epigenetic coaching can help individuals optimize performance in all aspects of life?
Epigenetics involves the study of how lifestyle choices and environmental factors significantly impact the way our genes are expressed and ultimately our health and well-being. As health-conscious individuals seek new ways to improve their performance, the demand for coaches in this field is growing rapidly.
By assessing an individual’s unique genetic blueprint, their lifestyle and environment, epigenetic coaches provide clients with customized, actionable plans and coaching to take charge of their human potential.

In this session, you will learn the key concepts of epigenetics and epigenetics coaching, and view a sample client profile and plan. You will learn how changes in one’s lifestyle can maximize quality of sleep, improve mental acuity and facilitate stress resiliency. Finally, you will leave with an understanding of how to learn more for yourself and your clients.
