Derek Noether, is an OD and change consultant, and works with people and organizations to leverage change and
Derek is the Global Head and Senior Director of Organization Development and Change at Quintiles, a Fortune 500 Healthcare company. Prior to Quintiles, he was a management consultant in strategy, change and organization transformation at Booz Allen. He also serves as an elder on the Board of Directors for Hope Community in Raleigh, North Carolina. Derek’s 20 year career includes leadership, strategy, OD and human resource experience in healthcare, telecom, aerospace, education, defense and NGOs. transformation to increase organization performance and effectiveness.
