Systems Coaching:  Going Deep to Transform a Team

with Beth Minton

September 15, 6:00 - 8:30 pm, Red Hat

Light refreshments will be served.

Networking from 6:00-6:30 pm.

A team is more than “a group of people working together toward a common goal” (the standard definition). A team is also a system - an entity separate from the individuals in it. When we engage with a team from a systems perspective, we have the potential to move the needle further, with better accuracy and longer sustainability. In this interactive presentation, participants will:

• Discuss the distinction between systems coaching and team facilitation, team-building and group coaching.

• Learn how and why relationship systems coaching can transform a team.

• Experience two techniques used in systems coaching.

• Share ideas about the most common pitfalls, how to avoid them and how to turn them into useful lessons.
