Join us for this informative and participative session with Sarah Miller as she walks us through a few of the tools and approaches she has used in leadership development and train the trainer programs at the Center for Creative Leadership as part of Leadership Beyond Boundaries, an initiative to democratize leadership development.

Sarah Miller 

Sarah Miller works with individuals, teams, and organizations to realize their potential through understanding themselves and each other better.  Currently, Sarah is an OD practitioner at Red Hat, where she is most excited about discovering new and meaningful ways to grow the open source culture that is foundational to Red Hat’s success.  Prior to working at Red Hat, she spent six years at the Center for Creative Leadership, designing and facilitating leadership development experiences around the world.  Sarah’s roots are in experiential learning and social justice - she enjoys finding ways to utilize these values in creating impact for her clients.

Sarah received her MA in History from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and her BA in Psychology and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
