Did you know that 2015 is the year the U.S. Census Bureau has estimated the number of Millennials will outweigh the number of Baby Boomers? Or that by 2025, Millennials will encompass ~75% of the workforce?

Today, most businesses are comprised of employees that make up to 4 distinct generations, and as a result, distinct work styles. This adds yet another layer of complexity to ensuring you have an engaged and productive workforce.

Join our program to understand:

 What drives and motivates each generation

 What changes to expect with the generational shift

 How to minimize the impact and reduce attrition
