Please join Lynn Duffy and Cindy Baudoin for an engaging conversation on organization design.  Guiding a leader through a significant organization design project with the goal of building new capabilities may be some of the most important and complex work that an OD/ human resource professional can undertake. • How to identify and use your talent capability to design and align your strategy, structure and people to maximize business results,
  • Overview of approach and models for implementing organizational redesign,
  • Lessons learned about the philosophy and process of generating executive support and commitment for capability building, and
